By activating or using HSP Desktop ("Software"), you agree to the following terms:
1. Grant of License. Subject to your purchase of a valid license, Alejandro Gutiérrez ("Licensor") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-seat license to install and use the Software for your personal or internal business purposes.
2. Restrictions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or decompile the Software, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
3. Ownership. The Software is licensed, not sold. The Licensor retains all intellectual property rights in the Software.
4. Updates. The Licensor may provide updates at its discretion. Updates are subject to this Agreement unless accompanied by a new agreement.
5. Privacy. The Software may contact Licensor's servers solely to validate your license key. No personal data beyond your license key and email (provided at purchase) is collected. See the full Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties. The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software.
8. Termination. This license terminates automatically if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the Software.
9. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
